Pre-Order FAQ

Q1) How long will you take to fulfill the pre-order?
The estimated production time of the sweatshirts is about 4-6 weeks. We will ship it as soon as possible, but we will let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.

Q2) How long are you accepting pre-orders for the sweatshirts?
The Pre-Order period for the sweatshirt is 10 days.
Starts 10AM PDT, 1st Oct 2020, and ends 11:59 PM PDT, 10th Oct 2020.

Q3) What payment methods will be available?
Checkout is available via Stripe only, no PayPal, as we have noticed other stores face issues when using PayPal to accept payments for pre-orders. Really sorry, but we wanted to be as safe as possible.

Q4) Will in-stock items ship earlier than the Pre-ordered Sweatshirt, if I have both in my order?
Sorry, any orders with the Pre-Order Sweatshirt will ship in a single package after sweatshirts are produced, which will take approx. 4-6 weeks. If you would like to receive any other item from the store earlier, please place a separate order for the same.

Q5) Can I combine future orders placed between now and when my pre-order ships?
We will not be able to combine any future orders with the pre-orders.

Q6) How much will it cost to ship my order to my address?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout, based on the items in your order, and the shipping address you enter.

Q7) Could you please undervalue my package?
We will not be able to undervalue any package, due to regulatory reasons.

Q8) How do I get the 10% discount?
The discount 10% off Store Wide, and is automatically applied at checkout. Ends 11:59 PM PDT, 10th Oct 2020.

Q9) How long will it take for my package to reach me?
The transit times mentioned at the time of shipping method selection are rough estimates. They are not guaranteed, and may vary due to current circumstances.


We will not consider a package as ‘lost’ until 3 months have passed since we shipped it. If you have still not received your package at that point, and the tracking reflects the same information, then we will re-send your package.
All orders are final. Once placed, your order cannot be cancelled.
