Terms and Shipping Update
All orders are final. Once placed your order cannot be cancelled.
We will aim to ship your order out within 7 working days. But due to the current circumstances, it may take up to 2 weeks to do so.
Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number on the same day, that links to “https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/?locale=en”. You can use this, or similar tracking websites, to keep track of your order.
We ship all orders using DHL eCommerce Asia, from India. The shipping estimates are as follows:
1) DHL eCommerce Packet Plus International – 15 to 30 working days.
2) DHL eCommerce Parcel International Direct – 10 to 15 working days (to select countries only).
Please note that these estimates are altered estimates due to COVID-19, and the situation globally.
Even with the above inflated transit time estimates, please note that your order may take longer to reach you. As such, we will not be held liable for any shipping delays that occur, as the package is out of our control once we transfer it over to our shipping partner.
We will not consider a package as ‘lost’ until 3 months have passed since we shipped it. If you have still not received your package at that point, and the tracking reflects the same information, then we will re-send your package.
