SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped worldwide from India.

What Shipping Service do you use?

All packages are shipped using DHL eCommerce. DHL eCom connects with your local shipping service once it reaches your country.

eg. USPS for the US

Please understand that buyers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may arise for their orders.

Shipping can take upto 2-3 months for a few countries due to delays such as customs, local shipping delays.


How do I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including an order summary and tracking number. Please track your order from here: Track here.
Please note that tracking numbers for orders to certain locations may be delayed, or stop updating, once they leave the country of origin (India). Faster shipping is available via DHL eCommerce - Parcel Direct - for US, UK and AU.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

However, if an item is lost, damaged, or missing in transit, we will do our best to send you a replacement! In case of damage, please send us an image of your item, along with your order details, to thepainteddoodles@gmail.com. Please note, that if the details provided by the customer are incorrect, we will not be able to provide a refund.

We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered or returned due to incorrect details.


SHIPPING RELATED QUERIES

Please note: Packages are marked at full value of the order. They will not be marked as Gift.

How long will it take for my package to reach me?

Transit times mentioned when you select a shipping method are rough estimates, and cannot be guaranteed due to current circumstances.

My package has been marked as delivered but I have not received it.

Once the package has been handed over to our logistics partner for shipping, we are not responsible for any issues. It is completely out of our hands, especially after it has been marked as Delivered. Please contact your local post office to help you locate your package.

My product has a has been damaged in transit.

I'm extremely sorry to hear that. If the product you received is damaged/defective due to transit, please contact us within a week of receipt of your package, with pictures of said product, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
