FAQ - Pre-Orders
1) How long is the pre-order period?
22nd June to 7th July 2021.
2) How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using cards (VISA/Mastercard) via Stripe. We will not be accepting PayPal for the pre-order period.
3) When, and how, will you ship my order?
Orders are estimated to be shipped out in November 2021, from India, using DHL eCommerce Asia.
Please note that fulfillment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We will keep you updated on the same.
4) Can you undervalue my package?
As per regulations, we cannot undervalue your package.
5) Will I have to pay any Customs duties?
Any customs duties, if applicable, will have to be paid by the receiver.
6) Will the bags and wallets be available at a later date?
We will be ordering a few extras, but we highly suggest you place a pre-order to guarantee you get what you want.
7) Can the Moonlight Bag fit a Switch or Switch Lite?
The Moonlight Bag can fit a full sized Switch with both controllers attached.
8) I want to place a group order, but can't checkout with more than 3 bags. Help?
Due to weight and dimension restrictions, you won't be able to checkout with more than 3 bundles or bags. Please email us at thepainteddoodles@gmail.com if you would like to place a larger group order.
9) I want to order in-stock items and receive them ASAP. What do I do?
If you would like to order in-stock items to receive soon, please place a separate order for them.
If you do place an order including both pre-order items as well as in-stock items, they will ship together (Est. in November for the bag/wallet).
